We have 3 running under the GOP ticket:
Gov Perry is a republican, kbh is a very liberal republican who just asoon run the dem ticket, medina is a libertarian running under the republican name.

Ron Paul is grooming tons of libertarians to run up and down the entire mode of officials. He WILL endorse the winner of each seat to run under the libertarian ticket.

I watched some of the dem debate and to be honest, Shami is a dud. So, White will probably take it. His pull in November will be mostly determined by the people he served before.

With that being said, I believe this is what we have and what we will face:

Ron Paul groomed many people over the yrs, including medina. She worked for him, campaigned and he was her mentor. She aligns with his radical libertarian views and ideals. She should have been his star pupil. But, he did not endorse her for the run for governor. But, he IS grooming others to run. And he WILL endorse them.

I have to ask myself the question, why is he not endorsing her, when she was under his wing and could have been the libertarian party’s golden girl? Why did he only give her a letter of introduction and nothing more? Why has he not come out to help promote her and campaign with her at rallies? Why has he just tossed her to the curb instead, so to speak? Is he NOT loyal to her like she has seemed loyal to him?

These questions have been in my mind for months and I kept thinking there is much more to this than what “isn’t” being said.

Here is what I believe, because of chatter, writings, interviews, and general thought process:

It has been the plan all along that she would run in another party, hoping to have 2 libertarians in the general election…….1 from the libertarian party and her from the gop party. I remember a conversation/posting on asamom when she was on that list. She said that if she didn’t win the gop primary, she would then run under the libertarian ticket for their primary to get into the general election. Well, I’m sure she has since found out that she can’t do that, unless the rules I found last week are old and since been changed. But, information I was told, said you run under one party for the primary and lose, you are just out……

Ok, so, she runs under the gop, but is actually a libertarian with nationalist leanings. She is a spoiler………the intention is if she can’t win the primary, she will at least fracture the vote hoping to allow the lesser of the gop candidates, which would be kbh to win……..the libertarian candidate will garner all the libertarian votes and maybe even some conservative votes, but still not enough to win in the general election and we WILL have a dem governor.

If she were to win the primary, she will then be against a libertarian backed candidate in Nov. along with the dem. Third party has never done real well in elections. That is the VERY reason Ron Paul ran under the gop……….. Ok, if she takes the primary, she is against the libertarian and the dem. The libertarian will have all of the Ron Paul support. Who will she have? The dems will have most all of the dem support, a few will go libertarian maybe, some may go with her, but the dems will have the majority. Who will be voting for her? Again, we WILL have a dem governor. And the house and senate will begin to flip with the dems because they WILL want full control. The monster admin in DC will take over Texas and we will be a sea of blue in no time. It will take years to turn the tide red again.

This is a no win situation. We must keep a governor in Austin that can work with all parties and is not only able to do that, but is fairly well liked by all. If the governor is far left, he won’t have support of the conservatives. If the governor is far right, he won’t have the support of the liberals. If the governor is a radical right/libertarian/nationalist he won’t have the support of the liberals or the conservatives.

The governor must be able to reach all parties, therefore he must be able to govern from the center, that doesn’t mean a moderate, it means that he must be a strong conservative with no radical leanings……… otherwise we get a dem in the box of cracker jacks.

I can’t take the chance of the above happening, and neither can millions of Texans. We want our state red, we want our governor red and our house and senate more red. We do NOT have the majority in either houses, so our work is cut out for us

I found it very hard to believe the numbers I have seen on the on line polls showing Medina winning and Governor Rick Perry and Senator Kay Bailey Hutchinson so far behind. How could the on line polls be so far off of the Rasmussen Polls? I talk to many people everyday and most people don’t even know who Debra Medina is and I don’t explain. Sorry…With high dollars campaign ad’s running for Perry and Hutchinson how could a unknown from a small county be so far a head only on line?

I did some investigation and discovered if you are computer smart you can vote as many times as you like in those on line polls. After a computer expert demonstrated how easy it was I tried to see if I could reset the vote button and guess what I did not once but several times. I was voting on a goofy survey about an actress so it really didn’t matter. Then I went to try my new found technique on the poll about the Republican Governors. Guess what it worked. You see it’s this easy. You go to the CONTROL PANEL click Internet Options and then in the middle of the page you will see DELETE BROWSING HISTORY click DELETE TEMPORARY FILES, HISTORY, COOKIES, SAVED PASSWORDS AND WEBFORM INFORMATION page will come up and click on the bottom DELETE when the page diappears click OKAY you will see the browsing history clean itself out. You can do it over and over by refreshing the poll page after. It’s that simple.

Is the Medina camp playing dirty pool and misleading the public that she is doing better in the polls then she really is to try and convince people to vote for her? Surely not because that would be cheating and that is not an attribute I would look for in a Governor. She is promoting herself as one of us, honest and against corruption but if using this tactic to mislead people I would say she is anything but…Is this what we really want for Texas? If I am right with about this, I have no proof except that there is no way the polls could be that far off…So if someone would resort to this to try and win what else are they capable of…who knows but if I am right Medina is no angel and not very honest either. OR could it be her out of control supporters cheating for her and she does not know…Lets hope if it is happening like I think it is the ladder is the case. I’d hate to think she is really this desperate to win that she would knowingly mislead people. That is just wrong…You decide…

As you state, anyone can “pack the vote.” Thus, it possible for the passionate supporters of any candidate to do such.
